Sadhguru Sri Sharavana Baba established Om Sharavana Baba Seva Foundation in 2007, a charitable organization to augur peace, harmony and welfare to the less privileged sections of the society. The organization has transformed the lives of thousands of individuals through many charitable activities, including:

• Donation of food and clothing to the needy
• Distribution of educational materials to less privileged students in the rural areas across 14 districts or Kerala
• Healthcare programs for the rural folks
• Empowerment of rural Women folk by creating self-help groups
• Crutches and artificial limbs for the physically challenged
• Spectacles for senior citizens and learning aids for the blind
• Tribal welfare
• Donation of Cows to poor farmers
