SRI BALA VINAYAGAR

Pilgrims upon reaching the hilltop, get to see the idol of Sri Bala Vinayagar, a beautiful idol nestled at the foot of the sacred tree - SapthaParni (Alstonia Scholaris).

Pilgrims offers their prayers and express their gratitude to Lord Vinayagar for having cleared all the obstacles and given them to the strength to reach the temple to complete their vows.

It is customary to circumambulate the idol around the tree and then offer a coconut to complete the prayer.
