Cancellation

Cancellation policy for payments made through Visa / Master Credit or Debit Card. visa master debit Users can cancel their transaction within 24 hours of the transaction, beyond which the transaction might get processed. The refund amount will be credited into the user’s Credit/Debit card account within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

2. Cancellation policy for payments made through Net Banking (Direct Debit To Bank Accounts). Net Banking Users can cancel their transactions within 24 hours of the transaction, beyond which the user’s order might get processed. 3. Cancellation policy for payments made through Debit Card (ATM cum Debit Card). Debit Card Users can cancel their transactions within 24 hours of the transaction, beyond which the user’s order might get processed. The refund amount will be credited into the user’s Debit Card Account within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation policy for payments made through Mobile Payments (State Bank of India/Paymate / Bhim App/ Paytm). mobile users cancel their transactions within 24 hours of the transaction, beyond which the user’s order might get processed.
